- Maintain personal files of all staff and payment of annual increments of officers/ obtaining asset liability statements.
- Updating staff information.
- Preparation of procedures for recruiting officers to the department
- Performance of mailing duties
- Maintenance of official attendance documents/leave documents/submission of approval for overtime holiday pay of officers.
- Insurance of vehicles and maintaining vehicles repairs / inspection of FR 104 (4)
- Handing of Agrahara requests
- Issuing holiday train licenses.
- Conducting elections
- Responding to audit queries received to the section
