1. Site inspections for new proposals and emergency situations
2. Estimating
3. Maintaining corresponding files
4. Site inspection of ongoing works
5. Checking claims for arithmetic errors
6. Recommending and approving claims
7. Forwarding claims to relevant paying offices
8. Inspection during defect liability periods
9. Recommendations for releasing of retention money
