The Quantity Surveying Section which was established on 2021.08.09 under the Department of Engineering Services, Central Provincial Council is renamed as quantity Surveying and Projects Section from 2024.02.15.

Services Provided

1. Carrying out Quantity Surveying Works.
2. Analyzing Special Works, and updating special Schedule of Rates (SSR) and Building rates.
3. Preparation and Updating Central Provincial Building Schedule of Rates (BSR). according to provincial financial regulations number 425 and 426.
4. Preparation of Technical evaluation committee (TEC) reports as per the request from the department and other institutions within the central province.
5. Preparation of estimates as per special requirements.
6. Preparation of price indices and procurement document as per the need.
7. Contract administration as per special requirements.
8. Inspection of Building Construction Works, Checking bills and recommendation of Payments as per special requirements.
